J.M. McKinney Company warrants the products it sells to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase. To obtain warranty service, the original purchaser should contact the J.M. McKinney Company in writing immediately, within the warranty period, with all relevant information: date of purchase, nature of the claim, and any other pertinent facts.

We will arrange for the merchandise to be returned for inspection. Repair or replacement will be made at our option, if the warranty applies. We do not warrant damage from abuse, unauthorized repair or alteration, accidents, corrosive chemicals, or normal wear and

It is essential to retain all damaged parts, cables included, for warranty inspection. Serial numbers, where applicable, must be provided.

Cables are not warranted for kinking or breaking due to over-torquing. Any evidence of corrosive chemical damage, such as acids, is not warranted. Some, but not all, of the products may carry additional warranty by the manufacturer up to one year total. This information will be available, where applicable, at the time of purchase.

No other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to Implled warnties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclalmed. In no cent shall the J.M. McKinney Company be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
